10 November:  Its the Marine Corps Birthday, and the lawnmower shop is open.  Should be closed since it should really be a holiday today.  Well I get another 1/2 link and some 2 stroke oil.  Half link is a failure, still the pin is too big. Oh well.

11 November:  I spend some time considering the chainbike left guard, pieces of aluminum and steel.  Ryobi is my friend and I commence to modiifying the chain guard with my Ryobi saw and drill.  Just a little metal off the back so that it will fit on the  the back fork properly.  Followed that up with a piece of sheet metal strapped on the back of the chain guard to make it stay just where I want it.   Everything looks good.

12 November:  Another little road trip.  Circle K,  a bicycle shop where I pick up a speedometer and order that damnable half link, a bookstore for a book, a stop over at my brothers to make the big circle then on home.  Slowly but surely the engine is being broke in.   I get home and install the speedometer, pull a bramble out of the tire, big mistake.  The green slime in my tire has worn out.  Flat tire time!  Oh well I can pick some up later.  I went to Fry Foods and guess what was on sale "Slime"  how nice, but damn so were the speedometers.  I could have saved money if I would have pulled that bramble out a day eariler.  Oh well, such is life.

13 November:  Slime is on the counter, I will get it put in this afternoon, take some pictures of the bike post them and call this project done for now.  I will just have to watch to make sure the nuts and bolts on the bike stay tight and I don't fall off.

New Premium Slime was added to the tires and I got a couple pictures of the bike as you can see above.  Got a chance to check out the speedometer as well.  I briefly opened the throttle all the way to see what she would do 26 mph.  I was speeding as my street speed limit is only 25.  I'm not sure how accurate the speedometer is but I will have to believe it to keep myself under 20 MPH.

If you want to order the kit check out Spooky Tooth Cycles in Bisbee, AZ.  They will ship you the kit and you can put it together.  If you have problems you can ask for help on their forum.  If you happen to live in Phoenix, AZ you can have Green Earth Choppers build it for you.  Spooky Tooth can do this too but I think shipping would kill you.

It doesn't hurt any to live close to a hardware store if you plan on doing this.
